Fresh-cut vegetable processing production line (Principle)
Fresh-cut vegetables, simply put, are "ready-to-use vegetables" that have gone through processes such as sorting, washing, cutting, sterilization and packaging, eliminating the cumbersome steps for consumers to handle ingredients. The fresh-cut vegetable processing assembly line precisely connects these links through automated equipment to achieve large-scale, low-loss and high-hygiene standard production.

Fresh-cut vegetable processing assembly line (Workflow)
Initial soaking and cleaning
First, the vegetables will be put into the soaking and lifting machine. During this process, the soil and other impurities on the surface of the vegetables will be removed by soaking and vibration. The speed of the soaking elevator is adjustable to adjust the cleaning speed as needed.

Peel and further wash
In the continuous brush roller washing machine, vegetables are not only washed but also peeled. This equipment is equipped with a screw conveyor function. The time for peeling and cleaning can be controlled by regulating the speed of the screw. After the cleaning and peeling are completed, the vegetables will be conveyed to the sorting workbench.
Sorting and cutting
On the sorting workbench, workers will pick and process vegetables, such as cutting overly large ones in half or dealing with defective ones. Then, the vegetables will be sent into the multi-functional vegetable cutter, which can perform various forms and specifications of cutting such as slicing, dicing and shredding as needed.

Deep cleaning and blanching
The cut vegetables will enter the pre-soaking elevator, and this process can help remove the starch on the surface of the vegetables. Next, the vegetables will be sent into the vortex oscillation cleaning machine, which will conduct a deep cleaning of the vegetables and filter out the debris and impurities at the same time. The rear end of the washing machine is equipped with a vibrating screen, which can effectively remove the debris produced during the cutting process. The spray system at the top can further clean the vegetables.

Air-drying and packaging preparation
Finally, the washed vegetables will be sent into the vibrating air main line. This automated air main line will dry the moisture on the surface of the vegetables while vibrating, which is helpful for packaging and storage and reduces the possibility of spoilage.

Fresh-cut vegetable processing production line (Equipment structure and product features)
· The functional zoning is clear.:The assembly line is divided into multiple modules according to the processing flow, such as the sorting area → cleaning area → cutting area → disinfection/preservation area → packaging area, and each link is seamlessly connected.
· High flexibility:The module sequence can be adjusted or equipment can be added or removed according to product requirements (such as leafy vegetables and root vegetables), for example, peelers or ozone sterilization devices can be added.
