The eddy current cleaning machine is a type of equipment that cleans materials by utilizing eddy currents and air bubbles. It is mainly suitable for cleaning agricultural products such as vegetables and fruits, and is also widely used in places like central kitchens, clean vegetable processing facilities, frozen food factories, catering chains, and aquatic product processing sites.

Working Principle

A high-pressure air flow is generated by an air pump, which causes the cleaning water to form eddy currents. Materials move spirally together with the water in the eddy currents; at the same time, air bubbles impact, massage, and scrub the materials, simulating the effect of manual scrubbing to remove dirt from the surface of the materials. After cleaning, the materials are pushed forward to the vibration conveying mechanism by hydrodynamic force and then sent out of the cleaning machine.

Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection: The tank is equipped with an overflow filtration device. After filtering out floating impurities, the water is re-injected into the tank through a water pump and nozzles, realizing the recycling of cleaning water and saving water resources.

Hygiene and Safety: Most parts of the entire machine are made of stainless steel, which is easy to maintain and clean. Some equipment can also be optionally equipped with an ozone generator, which can effectively sterilize and remove pesticide residues from the materials.
