Equipment Introduction:
Hydraulic hoist is a device that achieves lifting and lowering functions through pressure transmission of hydraulic oil, mainly used for cargo transportation and material handling. It comes in various forms, including single column, double column, and four column structures, suitable for different work environments and needs.
Working principle:
The hydraulic hoist achieves the lifting function through the pressure transmission of hydraulic oil. Hydraulic oil is pressurized by a vane pump and enters the hydraulic cylinder through control components such as oil filters, solenoid directional valves, and throttle valves, pushing the piston to move and lift or lower heavy objects. When descending, the hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank through the drain circuit, achieving a smooth descent.
Application scenarios:
Hydraulic hoists are widely used in various industrial environments, especially in workplaces where excavation of pits is not possible. It is suitable for industrial plants, restaurants, and eateries below 15 meters on the second, third, and fourth floors, and is particularly suitable for environments where excavation of pits or shafts on floors with small openings is not possible. The hydraulic hoist does not require an upper lifting point, is easy to operate, runs smoothly, and is suitable for the needs of cargo transportation and economic convenience.
Equipment features:
High stability: The scissor mechanical structure provides high stability.
Strong carrying capacity: With a spacious work platform and high carrying capacity, it is suitable for multiple people to work simultaneously.
Easy to operate: No need for upper lifting points, diverse forms, smooth operation, simple and reliable operation.
